Our Project Management Services’ team

Our Project Management Services' team consists of project managers and PMO officers that are carefully chosen and trained to assist our customers with all aspects related to IT projects in banking and insurance environments. By ensuring this high level of knowledge and expertise we assist and facilitate our customers to face tomorrows’ challenges.

This high level of professionalism has made it possible to achieve “Preferred vendor” status with several of our customers.


Project Managers

Our project managers’ pool consists of junior-, medior- and senior profiles. All are certified in at least one project management methodology and they have been trained both internally and externally to handle every aspect of project governance.

Some of our medior- and senior profiles can be considered specialists in putting in place project management methodologies and implementing functional procedures, such as Incident- and Problem Management, Risk analysis, communication flows and much more.

BTR Services is confident that we can provide project manager profiles for infrastructure projects, development projects and business projects. Our project management group is diversified and contains project managers with a purely technical background or a more functional background.

Every project manager at BTR Services has experience with large scaled projects that have stringent deadlines and where strict adherence to Business Case and planning is mandatory.


PMO / PSO officers

Our PMO officers have also followed extensive training to enforce our promise of excellence to our customers. Our consultants are well trained to use the most common tools and provide standard reporting formats.

We have a broad range of profiles to satisfy needs for project support and management reporting. Most of our consultants are especially skilled in data cleaning and now how to perform close follow-up of a projects’ life-cycle. All our consultants are used to satisfy ad-hoc requests from our clients in a friendly and efficient manner.

Our more experienced consultants have mastered methodologies such as P3O and P3M3 and are quite capable in setting up and maintaining PMO environments.
