Luc Vandergoten - General Manager

Luc Vandergoten is the founder and General Manager of BTR Services. With his 20 years experience in managing IT projects of which 15 years in the banking sector, he knows the sector inside out. Prior to the startup of BTR Services, Luc was holding several management functions at a major Belgian ICT company.

 

Kristof Breesch – Operations Manager

Kristof started his career in 1998 as test coordinator in the financial sector. Later on he became a project manager at a major financial institution and joined BTR Services in 2006 as a responsible for the Project Facility division. Today Kristof is responsible for ensuring that business operations are efficient and effective. He is also the manager of resources and the distribution of services to customers. 

 

Nans Van Akendoven - HR & Marketing Manager

Nans has 12 years of experience in the financial sector. While she devoted the first half of her career to acquiring extensive functional knowledge (consumer loans, home loans, factoring and all kinds of investment credits – and their legal aspects), she has spent the second half exploring the ICT sector as a consultant in Credits and Private Banking and as a presales–consultant for (Private/Retail) Banking systems. 

 

Luc Vanhoof - Quality Manager

Luc started his career 15 years ago as a software designer and later on evolved to a project manager. Most of his career took place in the Financial Services Industry and in particular in the field of credits. As a quality manager he checks the quality of the standards.
