BTR Services is hiring motivated Technical Implementers “LetterGen”

LetterGen offers companies the possibility to create very agile and complex documents.  This can be obtained with or without workflow management or supervisory control.  The documents contain their own logic, making them “intelligent” and personalized, giving its users the desired end result.  The overall flexible approach guarantees a fast time-to-market and the ability to generate various volumes of documents in varying complexity, without any concession on generation speed.

Your responsibility

• Installation and configuration of our product;
• Maintaining the well functioning of our software at the clients’ production environment;
• Troubleshooting technical issues;
• Transferring information between the client and BTR as you are the primary contact;
• Impact analysis of platform migrations and the support during execution;
• Adding functionality in order to further fulfill the clients’ expectations;
• Helping with the realization of the proof of concept (PoC) to demonstrate its feasibility; 
• Performance monitoring;
• Documenting the installation, as well as the problem handling, in accordance with the processes and standards used onsite.

Your profile

• In-depth understanding of one or more server operating systems: Windows Server, Linux, Unix, Solaris;
• Two years of experience with a programming language, preferably Java;
• Basic understanding of application servers like IBM Websphere AS and Jboss AS;
• Basic understanding of service oriented architectures;
• Capable of querying databases through MS SQL or Oracle; 
• Additional knowledge of XML, XSLT and XSD is an advantage;
• Documenting ability;
• Good understanding of Dutch, English and/or French;
• An independent and flexible personality.
