• Application Servers (JBoss, WebSphere, Oracle, WebLogic, …)
• WebSphere MQ
• MVC frameworks (Struts, SpringMVC, JSF, …)
• ORM frameworks (Hibernate, …)
• Key Open Source frameworks (Spring, …)
• AOP
• Design patterns
• UML
• Methodologies (RUP, Scrum, …)

Certifications in one of these areas are an asset.
