Technical skills

Experience with:

• Java/J2EE programming/design
• Application Servers (preferably Websphere and JBoss)
• Websphere MQ
• EJB
• XML/XSLT
• JSP/Servlets
• Hibernate, Spring

Knowledge in one or more of the following areas is very much appreciated:

• OpenOffice and/or OpenOffice API
• Eclipse framework
• Other Application Servers like Oracle, WebLogic, …
• Open Source frameworks (e.g. Struts, SpringMVC, JSF, …)
• AOP
• SOA, BPM
• Design patterns
• UML
• Methodologies (RUP, Scrum, …)

Certifications in one of these areas are an asset.
