To be able to service our clients with Content Management related projects or issues, we are looking for experienced people in various domains of Enterprise Content Management.

We have a strong preference for analytical people who are skilled in one or more domains of ECM without having lost the helicopter view over the business they will be operating in. Depending on your profile, you will be the intermediate between the business customer and developers or third parties.

You will lead or assist in analysing the customer’s needs and translate them into business requirements. Of course, you have a hands-on mentality and enough commercial feeling and human skills to be an asset in each ECM project, thus enhancing the customer experience with BTR Services.

We are specifically looking for you, if:

• You have a University degree (Master/4 year cycle) or equivalent by experience.
• You have at least 2 years experience in ECM (in similar roles). And at least 2 years experience in the integration and implementation of ECM related systems in complex environments.
• Knowledge of the various (business) processes and document flows in the financial sector is an asset.
• Analytic and result driven mind.
• Very communicative and willing to share knowledge. Flexibility and open-mindedness towards changes is a primary requirement
• Customer centric and risk sensitive.
• Excellent motivating, influencing, persuading and negotiating skills. Commercial attitude.
• You can work autonomously, as well as in a project team in full respect of the company values.
• Well experienced with Microsoft Office Applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Project.
• Scripting and other technical skills are an asset.
• Fully trilingual: Dutch, French and English. German or any other language is an asset.
